Single Figurine Orders

Approximately 15 days for production and shipment if there is no waiting queue.

Multiple Figurines / Couple Sets / Group Sets

Please allow approximately 1 month for production. We will complete your order as quickly as possible while maintaining quality.

🔧Revision Policy

Included Revisions

• 1 free revision during the 3D model review stage
• 1 free revision during the packaging/ID card design review stage

Additional Revisions

• $5 USD per revision

Extra Accessories & Bases

• $5–$20 USD
• Pricing depends on complexity and production difficulty

Please provide all customization requirements as clearly and completely as possible during the review stage. Significant changes after production has begun may not be possible.

Handmade Characteristics

As every piece is handmade and individually painted, slight variations may occur. Absolute perfection cannot be guaranteed.

Perfectionists are advised to order with caution.

📌After-Sales Policy

Product Care

Resin figurines are fragile and should be handled carefully.

Please:

• Avoid dropping the figurine
• Avoid excessive pressure or impact
• Avoid scratching the painted surface, as paint may chip or peel

Shipping Damage Claims

If the outer package arrives visibly damaged, please record a complete unboxing video.

For any shipping-related damage:

• A full unboxing video is required as proof
• Claims without video evidence cannot be accepted
