Customized Products

All products sold on our website are custom-made and produced according to the specifications, designs, or information provided by the customer.

Because each item is made specifically for the customer, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request an order cancellation only before production starts.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection by the customer
• Ordering by mistake
• No longer wanting the product
• Delayed personal need for the product

Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds after production has started.

Exceptions

We will review claims and provide a replacement or refund only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is defective due to a manufacturing error;
• The product received is materially different from the approved order specifications;
• The product arrives damaged during shipping.

To submit a claim, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Personalized products
• Custom-made products
• Products produced according to customer-provided specifications
• Orders already in production
